• Return Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Proof Required: A clear unboxing video showing the issue (damage/incorrect item) must be provided.
• Condition: The product must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Approval: Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or personal preference.
